A strip of hair is harvested  from the back of the head and this donor area is closed by stitches.

From this strip micografts or minigrafts are cut using magnification and are use to form the front hairline.This is actually a zone about 1.5 cm wide and comprises of thin hair. In

this zone the single or two hair grafts are introduced into microslit.The grafts placed taking care of the  of direction of further hair growth.
